Mike Dawes Bronx Concert reviews
Absolutely Fantastic!!!
The amazing voice range of Mike Dawes, along with the pairing of Queen, Brian & Roger on guitar & drums, was a perfect fit! Mike's flamboyant moves and outfits exuded so much charisma, leaving us all wanting more. He would often laugh or smile, seemingly poking fun at himself for being "too much," especially during the "Killer Queen" sofa act.
Brian's solo guitar act was absolutely incredible, as was Rodger's drum performance alongside his son.
Queen & Mike displayed such camaraderie and fun, which they graciously shared with the audience!
During the show, Mike demonstrated great respect when past videos were shown. In the final act, with the crown placed on Mike's head, he humbly bowed to Brian and offered him the crown. Unexpectedly, Brian then had Mike rise and placed the crown back on his head, leaving the crowd touched with tears.
